Martha (Beth) Anderson

First-Year...Hurdles...Yuma, AZ...Yuma Catholic H.S.

High School: A 2007 graduate of Yuma Catholic H.S., Anderson was coached by coach McCloud and Ralph Farr...participated in soccer for four years, track and field for three years and cross country for a year...was track 300M hurdle regional champion, regional runner up in the 100M hurdles and 4x4 regional champions...took 8th place in state for the 100M hurdles, also made all region for soccer and nominated for the "super woman" award. Recieved a varsity letter for track, soccer and cross country.

Personal: Daughter of Kerry and Robert Anderson of Yuma, AZ...one of her proudest track and field moments was placing first in the 300 hurdles at a big invitaional with 5A schools...enjoys art, athletics, the beach, and sunshine...majoring in nursing with a possible Spanish minor.

What do you like about being a collegiate student athlete? "Being a collegiate student athlete keeps me active and involved with the school community. It's a great way to help manage my time, meet more people and developa home away from home."
