Lauren Zwolenski

Sophomore ... Middle Distance ... Dundas, Minn./ Northfield H.S.

High School: A 2006 graduate of Northfield high school, Zwolenski was coached by Merilee Sanders...participated in cross country for six years, track for four years, basketball for two years, was on the weightlifting team for two years and was in nordic skiing for one year during her athletic career at Northfield...made all conference in track and field and also was named track and field MVP.

Personal: Daughter of Karen and Mark Zwolenski of Dundas Minn...proudest moment of her track and field career has been able to keep running and push herself...enjoys playing the violin and piano, working outside, running and biking...majoring in Elementary Education with a minor in English.

What do you like about being a collegiate student athlete? "I love my team and having practice to go to everyday. Practice is a place to get away from the stress of classes and do something I love to do."
