High School: A 2007 graduate of Lakeview Secondary high school, Pehrson was coached by Erik Lundberg...participated in danceline for three years and track and field for four years during her athletic career at Lakeview Secondary...voted most improved her freshman year of track and voted most improved her sophomore year for danceline, was also team captain of her track and field team senior year.

Personal: Daughter of Colleen and Tim Pehrson of Hanley Falls...proudest moment of her track and field career was improving her shot and disc throwing her senior year of high school...enjoys reading, watching movies, traveling to new places, 4-wheeling and hunting...majoring in English with a minor in Gender and Women's studies and Theology.

What do you like about being a collegiate student athlete? "I like the great friends you meet while on the team and the supportive atmosphere."
