1994 Season Review

Now that first-year track and field head coach Ellen Carpenter has settled into her new position at CSB the progress is becoming evident. With a seventh place finish at the MIAC Indoor Track and Field Championships 74 percent of the squad qualified to compete in the conference meet in late February. During the three-day event the Blazers had 17 personal bests, seven All-MIAC performers, a new school record, a tied school mark and an NCAA provisional qualifier.

A record 21 athletes qualified for the MIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships this weekend at Macalester College. Results will be announced during today’s program.
