Laura Wermager

Senior... St. Cloud, Minn. (St. Cloud Tech)

High School: A 2004 graduate of St. Cloud Technical High School, Laura was coached by Paul Bates. Wermager played varsity tennis for 4 years and was a team captain her senior year. Wermager also participated in basketball (4 years) and golf (one year). Played on the St. Cloud Tech tennis teams that went to the Minn. State Tournament in 2000 and 2004 (placing second in 2000).
 
Personal: Daughter of David and Melinda Wermager of St. Cloud, MN. Enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music, reading non-related school books and traveling. Majoring in Communication with a minor in Nutrition.
 
What do you like about being a collegiate student-athlete? “I love being part of a team where everyone gets along; we are not only teammates but also friends on and off the courts”.
