Lindsey Holm
Sophomore Breaststroke Inver Grove Heights, Minn. (Simley)
2007-2008: Lindsey came back to school this fall with renewed determination to excel in the breaststroke events. What has impressed the coaching staff is this focus but also the excellence in freestyle events. Willing to put aside her stilettos for training, she should have an immediate impact on short and long breaststroke events.
2006-2007: Lindseys background as a high school swimmer as well as swimming club for Tony Peterson (SJU 04) will help her make the transition to a college caliber swimmer. Her dedication to the sport and her team members will continue to motivate her to be successful. With her strength as a breaststroker, she will join the other members of the Blazer squad in this competitive event in the MIAC.
High School: A 2006 graduate of Simley High School, Holm was coached by Mike Bollinger
participated in swimming (six years) and softball (five years) during her athletic career at Simley High School
two-time All-Classic Suburban Conference selection in swimming
two-time State qualifier
named to the All-Classic Suburban Academic swimming team her senior year
also was an All-State Academic selection in softball.

What do you like about being a collegiate student-athlete? I like getting the exercise and enjoy forming relationships with my teammates.
