
2007-2008: While missing part of the last season due to medical concerns, Jessica will focus on butterfly and individual medley events in 07-08. Jessica strengths in these events mirror her determination to make the conference team in 100 butterfly, 200 butterfly, and the 200 individual medley.
2006-2007: Jessica has already made an impact on the team by demonstrating her skill as a butterfly competitor. She epitomizes the idea of “good things come in small packages” since she packs a lot of punch with explosive butterfly.
High School: A 2006 graduate of Mankato West High School, Agnew-Hoeppner was coached by Dave Burgess … participated in swimming (five years) during her athletic career at Mankato West High School … named to the 2005 All-Mankato Area swimming team … five-time letter winner … was a five-time All-Big Nine Conference Gold Scholar Award recipient … was a member of the Mankato West swimming team that placed second at the True Team State Meet in 2004 … placed sixth in the 100 yard butterfly at the 2004 MSHSL State Meet … member of the Mankato West team that were undefeated in dual competition in 2003 and 2005.
Personal: Daughter of Kelli and Mike Hoeppner of Mankato, Minn. … enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies, shopping, singing, and dancing … proudest moment of her swimming career was being named to the All-Mankato Area swimming team in 2005 … majoring in nutrition
