
2007-2008: Alison is another member of the record-breaking relay team from last season. Already a force in the sprint freestyle events, Alison looks to improve in the 200 freestyle as well.
2006-2007: A focused sprint freestyler … also adds depth to the team in the backstroke and 200 freestyle.
2005-2006: Earned All-MIAC honors … member of the fourth-place 200-yard freestyle relay, fourth place 400 medley relay, and fourth place 200 medley relay at the MIAC Championships … also placed ninth in the 50-yard freestyle and 14th in the 100-yard freestyle at the MIAC Championships.
High School: A 2005 graduate of Virginia High School, Pagliaccetti was coached by Tom Hafdahl … participated in swimming and diving, basketball and softball for four years each during her athletic career at Virginia… voted Virginia High School’s Athlete of the Year in 2005 … was an all-section selection from 2001 to 2004 … hold’s Virginia High School’s record in the 50-yard freestyle … participated in the state swimming meet in 2004 … captained her swimming team her senior year … named team MYP her junior and senior seasons … captained her basketball and softball teams her senior year.
Personal: Daughter of Mary Ann and Gary Pagliaccetti of Virginia, Minn. … father is SJU alum ... enjoys music, reading, being outdoors and watching Twins baseball … proudest moment of her swimming career was participating in the Minnesota state swim meet … majoring in psychology and sports medicine.
