2007-2008: : Kilian is participating in our study abroad program in Ireland during the first semester, but will return to attack the distance events as she has done in the past.
2006-2007: A strong force in the distance freestyle events … will compete in anything … excellent trainer and competitor.
2005-2006: Competed in the 200-, 500-, and 1650- meter freestyle… finished 13th in the 500 meter at the Dragon Cobber Invite … achieved a personal best time in the mile freestyle with a 19:37.
High School: A 2005 graduate of Coronado High School, Anderson was coached by Karen Busovsky … participated in swimming and cross country for four years each during her athletic career at Coronado … captained both her swimming and cross country teams … voted Most Dedicated and “Champion” by her swim team.
Personal: Daughter of Judy and Craig Anderson of Colorado Springs, Colo … both parents are CSB/SJU alumni ... enjoys knitting, watching movies and having fun … proudest moment of her swimming career was breaking 20 minutes as a first-year … majoring in accounting with a minor in mathematics.
What do you like about being a collegiate student-athlete? “It keeps me on task. I know that I cannot waste time, so I learn to balance my life between swimming, school, and a social life."
