Mike Durbin is the College of Saint Benedict basketball team's head coach. In the summer of 2003, Durbin was inducted in to the Minnesota State High School Girls' Basketball Coaches Hall of Fame. In the 2002-2003 season, Durbin became the winningest coach in MIAC conference history. In 1998-1999, the Blazers returned to the NCAA Division III Final Four where they took second place in the nation with an overall record of 28-2 and 21-1 in the MIAC. It was their second Final Four appearance in six years. CSB has made 15 NCAA tournament appearances under Durbin and earned 10 conference titles. Durbin was named National NCAA Division III Coach of the year in 1998 and in 1993.
Denny Johnson is the assistant coach for the Blazer basketball team as well as the head softball coach for the College of Saint Benedict. Johnson's basketball knowledge, teaching abilities and personality make him popular among the campers. He was previously the head girls' basketball coach at St. Cloud Cathedral High School.
Blazer Players - Current and former members of the varsity and junior varsity teams will help provide individual attention to all participants.
