Softball's Borba Gets Athlete of the Week Nod

The College of Saint Benedict athletic department has picked first-year softball standout Elle Borba (Ontario, Calif./St. Lucy’s Priory) as athlete of the week. Borba had a stellar week at the plate for the Blazer’s softball team. In a three game stretch Borba was four for eight with four runs batted in, including two home runs in an 11-8 win over MIAC rival Carleton.
