Personal: Daughter of Jan and Dewey Birkhofer of Albert Lea, Minn. … enjoys snowboarding, indoor soccer, drawing, reading, photography, hockey and tennis … majoring in biochemistry.

Proudest moment in her soccer career: “Scoring a goal off a throw in with 13.4 seconds left to force overtime during my freshmen season.”
