Additional Coaching Experience:
- 1992-1996: Varsity head women's soccer coach at Edina High School, Edina, MN where she led her team to the Minnesota State soccer tournament in 1994 where her team finished third.
- 1996-2003: Varsity head women's soccer coach at Cretin-Derham Hall program, St. Paul, MN where she led her team to six straight St. Paul City Conference championships and was named section coach of the year three times.
- 1992-2003: Actively involved in many regionally and nationally recognized programs. Most recently she was an assistant to Tsunami-Sota, two-time runner-up at the Snickers Cup National Tournament in 2002 and 2003. At the same time she coached the St. Croix Elite team to two Midwest Regional Tournament appearances in 2002 and 2003. Her St. Croix team was ranked as high as 29th nationally in 2003.
College Education:
- 1991: Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Dartmouth College where she was a four-year starter and letter-winner for the NCAA Division I program.

- Presenter at Minnesota State High School League Coaches Clinic
- Instructor USSF State licensing courses
Family:
- Married to Tim McNeil. The couple resides in St. Cloud with their son James Roberts McNeil and dog Wally.
