
2005: Able to chase down any attacker with speed ... will attack out of the back to create problems for opponents ... tremendous one-on-one defender ... creates scoring opportunities ... great services from the back.
2004: Started 17 games for the Blazers ... collected five goals and five assists on the season ... was tied for second on the Blazers' category leaderboard in points with 15 ... was tied for third on the team in assists ... kept opposing goalkeepers busy with 16 shots on goal ... selected to the All-MIAC soccer team and was named for the Blazers' team MVP ... also was a All-MIAC selection in track and field, track and field team MVP in both the spring of 2004 and 2005 ... raced in the 4x100 relay at nationals and achieved All-American honors.
2003: Scored two goals and two assists from her defensive position … had the Blazers' only goal in the tie against St. Olaf (Oct. 4, 2003).
2002: Had one assist on the year … was fantastic at the defending position … unbeatable speed and perfectly timed tackles established her as one of the top new defenders in the MIAC … had a break out rookie season and became an impact player.
High School: A 2002 graduate of Hill-Murray High School, Clintsman was coached by Tony Englund … played soccer with teammate Jeanine Worms … participated in soccer … also competed in softball, basketball, hockey and track and field … Classic Suburban All-Conference … team MVP.
Personal: Daughter of Yvonne and Lee Clintsman of Maplewood … sister Annie ('08) is a teammate on the Blazer soccer team and brother Dusty (’09) attends SJU … enjoys rollerblading, hanging out with friends, reading and scrapbooking … majoring in elementary education.
