Two Blazers Selected to All-Region Squad

A pair of standout College of Saint Benedict soccer players have been honored by the NCAA. Junior defender Erin Flynn (Woodbury, Minn./Stillwater Area) sophomore goalkeeper Shannon Strohm (Burnsville, Minn./Apple Valley) were both selected to the NCAA All-Central Region Team.
A second team all-region pick, Flynn was a dominant defender as well as potent on
offense. Flynn tallied five goals and two assists, placing her second on the team in points with 12.
Strohm was selected to the third all-region team after starting 17 games for the Blazers in 2007. Strohm posted a 13-6 record with nine shutouts.
