2007-08: Has great speed ... has developed a great understanding of the game … has improved every season while playing for CSB … will provide the Blazer offensive attack with veteran leadership.

2006-07: Appeared in 21 games for Saint Benedict … recorded four assists and one goal for a total of five points.

2005-06: Compiled a breakout season with the Blazers by scoring six goals, which ranked fourth on the team … played in all 23 games … tallied five assists during the year … scored the game winning goal in the 6-2 victory against St. Catherine (Feb. 17, 2006).

2004-05: Scored one goal on the year and two assists totaling three points ... scored a goal in the 9-2 victory over Hamline (Feb. 11, 2005). 

High School: A 2004 graduate of Hopkins High School, Trusty was coached by Vin Paolucci … participated in ice hockey (four years) and golf (one year) during her athletic career at Hopkins … captained her hockey team … competed in the Minnesota State Tournament while playing for Hopkins. 

Personal: Daughter of Debbie and Tim Trusty of Minnetonka, Minn. … enjoys hockey, rollerblading, shopping, golf, spending time with family and friends, skiing and photography … majoring in psychology with minor sports medicine.

Proudest moment in her ice hockey career: “Going to the Minnesota State Tournament and being named team captain.”

What do you like about being a collegiate student-athlete? “I like being around a group of people who have goals both in athletics and academics.”
