
2007-08: Will give the Blazers great defensive abilities on the ice this winter reads opposing offenses well and is able to set up scoring chances for her teammates.
High School: A 2007 graduate of Grand Rapids High School, Rothstein was coached by Pat Rendle Participated in ice hockey (four years) during her athletic career at Grand Rapids High School was a four-year letter winner captained her ice hockey team her junior and senior year member of the 2006-07 Grand Rapids that appeared in the State Class-2A girls hockey tournament.
Personal: Daughter of Ali and Jim Rothstein of Grand Rapids, Minn. father Jim is a graduate of St. Johns University and played collegiate ice hockey for the Johnnies sister Kristin is a graduate of the College of Saint Benedict enjoys hunting, the outdoors and photography majoring in dietetics.
Proudest moment in her ice hockey career: Being able to create so many friendships while playing the game and also the fact that it is a game my dad and I can play together.
What do you like about being a collegiate student-athlete? I like the relationships you make with your teammates.
