2006-2007: Started in all eight games she played ... injured her knee on Jan. 3, 2007 at Bethel and was sidelined for the remainder of the season ... averaged 7.9 points (fourth for CSB) ... scored 63 points ... scored in double figures in two of her eight games ... grabbed 17 steals and averaged 2.1 steals per game ... recorded three or more steals in four of her games ... passed for 2.0 assists per game and totaled 16 assists ... dished out three or more assists twice ... pulled down 13 boards, averaging 1.6 rebounds per game ... on Nov. 29, 2006, Kempe scored 18 points against Concordia-Moorhead; she tied second place in CSB history for the most three-point field goals made in a single game, she made six three-pointers on just nine attempts ... Kempe rejoined the four other seniors on the court for the last minute of the MIAC semifinal game in Claire Lynch Hall.

2005-2006: Chosen to the All-MIAC team ... started in 25 games and led the Blazers with 29.6 minutes per game ... scored 289 total points and averaged 10.7 points per game (third for CSB) ... scored in double figures in 21 games ... led the Blazers in scoring in three games... compiled 66 assists and averaged 2.4 assists per game ... dished out three or more assists in 10 games ...  led the Blazers in assists in 10 games ... made 55 free throws (third for CSB) ... shot .724 from the free throw line ... made four or more free throws seven times ... made 36 three-point field goals (second for CSB) ... had four games with three or more made three-point field goals ... grabbed 70 total rebounds ... collected three or more boards on nine occasions ... completed seven games without any turnovers ... had a 1.4 assist/turnover ratio.

2004-2005:
Appeared in all 29 games for the Blazers ... shot .368 from the field ... had a .308 three-point percentage sinking 28 three pointers for the season ... placed fifth in free-throw percentage for the Blazers with .746 ... had 89 assists (fifth in MIAC) averaging 3.1 assists per game (ninth in MIAC) on the year which were team highs ... led the MIAC in assist/turnover ratio with 1.56 ... tied for a game in points against Chowan (Nov. 19, 2004) scoring 13 for CSB ... led Saint Ben's in assists 14 of their 29 games played ... led CSB in steals in nine games ... shot more than .400 from the field in 16 games during the season ... gave up one turnover or less in 14 games ... averaged 10.6 points per game in the MIAC playoffs helping Saint Ben's to a playoff championship ... in the six total playoff games she averaged 12.0 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game ... had an impressive .800 free throw percentage during the playoffs sinking 36 of 45 free throw attempts ... collected a total of 63 rebounds and 34 steals on the season ... her 237 points on the season placed her fourth in individual scoring for CSB in 2004-2005.

2003-2004:
Played in 24 of the Blazers 26 games … averaged 16 minutes per game … played 14 game of 15 minutes or more … had a season-best 17 points against St. Thomas (Dec. 3, 2003) … also scored 10 points against Carleton (Jan. 17, 2004) … had five rebounds against Macalester (Nov. 25, 2003) … had 6 games of over .500 from behind the arc … had 5 games of .500 field goal percentage.

High School:
A 2003 graduate of Cretin-Derham Hall High School, Kempe was coached by Amy Bellus … played basketball (four years) and soccer (four years) during her athletic career at Cretin Durham Hall High School … St. Paul City All-Conference selection in 2002 and 2003 … All-State Honorable Mention in 2003 … helped to lead her team to two state tournament appearances … team MVP her senior year … competed in the Minnesota High School All-Star game in 2003.

Personal:
Daughter of Gina and Mark Kempe of West St. Paul, Minn. … enjoys reading, camping, hiking, rollerblading and biking … majoring in biology.
