2005-2006: Selected to the MIAC All-Defensive team ... 20 games and averaged 23.4 minutes per game ... led the Blazers with 70 assists on the season and 2.7 assists per game ... compiled a team best 1.56 assist/turnover ratio ... dished out three or more assists in 13 games ... led CSB in assists in 11 games ... went seven games without any turnovers ... scored 143 total points and averaged 5.5 points per game for the Blazers (sixth for CSB) ... had 21 steals ... led CSB in steals on five occasions ... had six games with at least two steals ... collected 70 total rebounds and averaged 2.7 per game ... made 21 three-point field goals ... made three or more three point field goals in three games.

2004-2005: started in 24 out of 29 games for CSB at the wing position ... averaged 20.7 minutes per game ... scored 139 total points averaging 4.8 points per game ... was third on the team in assists with 62 which gave her an average on 2.1 assists per game ... was fifth on the team in three-point field goals made with 16 ... grabbed four or more rebounds in seven games during the season ... averaged 5.5 points, 1.8 rebounds, and 2.5 assists for Saint Ben's during the playoffs.

2003-2004: Member of the junior varsity team ... appeared in 10 varsity games ... shot .429 from the field ... had eight assists.

High School: A 2003 graduate of Apple Valley High School, Dalhed was coached by Ruth Sinn … played basketball (Four years), soccer (four years) and track and field (six years) during her athletic career at Apple Valley High School… two-time All-Lake Conference honorable mention in basketball … All-Lake Conference selection in basketball her senior year … named team MVP … played in the Minnesota All-Star Game her senior year … team captain.

Personal: Daughter of Kay and Chris Dalhed of Apple Valley, Minn. … interested in music, movies, sports and being with friends member of the Saint Ben's track and field team ... achieved All-American honors as a member of the Saint Ben's 4x100 relay team (2005) ... brother Steve ('05) recently graduated from Saint John's University, sister Lynn … majoring in communications.
