• 1979: Graduate from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Special Education

• Coached high school basketball for 25 years at various levels...24 at Tech and 1 at Apollo
     - 11 years at 9th grade
     - 8 years at 10th grade level
     - 1 year at assistant varsity level (Apollo)
     - 5 years as head coach

Career:

• In 28th year as a Special Education teacher for Dist. 742
• In 6th year of teaching for the District's Community Options 2 Program

Family:

• Married to Carol for 26 years.  She is the Athletic Director at CSB.  Their son Ryan currently attends SJU.
