1993-1994 Season Review

They did it again! The Blazer basketball team (22-5 overall and 16-4 MIAC tied for second place) not only returned to the NCAA "Sweet 16 " round of the NCAA Tournament for the third season in a row, but also posted their seventh consecutive season with 20-wins or more and received their sixth straight invite to the NCAA Tournament.

Season highlights included a pair of victories over St. Thomas, with the last one coming in the second round of the NCAA Tournament. CSB made an NCAA record 31 of 32 free throws and 27 in a row to secure an 83-78 victory over the Tommies. The Blazers finished in fourth place in the nation in free throw percentage (.733).

Despite the loss of two key seniors, CSB returns four starters and several key reserves in 1994-95.
