Resident Assistants & Community Advisors

RAs & CAs are students who have been selected because of their desire to serve others, as well as develop talents and abilities in others and promote student development. They contribute to the residential program by combining their own pursuit of knowledge and development and by assisting other students to do the same. The RAs and CAs work cooperatively with students in their area to develop a sense of community where integrity and respect are valued. With assistance of residents, the RAs, ARDs, CAs, and RDs organize activities, programs and speakers to meet the interest and needs of each residential area.
