Pre-selection Process

In an effort to alleviate some of the stress of room selection and make this a smooth process for everyone, some housing will be pre-selected. The housing included in pre-selection is:

• Four McDonald 6-person, 3-bedroom apartments.
• Campus houses - Margaret House (2 residents), Anne House (2 to 4 residents - best suited for 2 residents), and Idzerda House (11 residents). Note: Campus houses will only  be available in pre-selection  if they are not assigned to a group applying for an Intentional Living Community. 
• All Lottie Hall Suites (there is one 3 person, four 4 person, one 5 person, and eighteen 6 person suites available)
• Note: Students who obtain housing through pre-selection will not go through room selection on March 24 & 26.

Living groups will need to complete the Pre-Selection Housing Form (see link below).  Incomplete forms will not be considered. These forms are due no later than 4pm on Thursday, March 12, 2009.

The Residential Life Office will verify and organize student participation over the weekend.  Notifications of pre-selection participation will be sent by e-mail no later than March 17, 2009.
