  • 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Move In—Aurora Hall A & B, Corona K, Regina H & G.

Returning Students (sophomores, juniors and seniors)

All returning students living in Lottie, Margretta, Brian, the campus apartments and the
campus houses are strongly encouraged to return to campus on Monday, August 25th or Tuesday, August 26th.
If you choose to return on Sunday, August 24th, you may not move in or pick up your keys until after 2:00pm.  See below for details regarding where to pick up keys.

Returning students are not permitted to move in prior to 2:00pm due to the approximately 525 new first year students who will be moving in between 8:00am and 1:00pm on Sunday, August 24th.  Parking will be extremely limited and traffic into campus on that Sunday will be significant.  We ask that you respect the 2:00pm timeline for returning students to provide for the best possible (and least stressful) move in experience for both new and returning students and their families.

Please also refer to the Early Arrival Information below.  If you are part of an athletic team or school sponsored activity that requires early arrival your coach/supervisor/coordinator should have submitted a request on your behalf.

  • Please be aware that campus services such as food service, HCC, and other amenities will be limted prior to hall opening on August 24th.
  • Traffic into campus on Sunday August 24th will be significant and parking will be limited. We encourage you to limit your travel to and from campus that day. Please use the College Avenue entrance for the campus for any travel needs that day as the First Year families will be utizling the Minnesota Street (north) entrance of campus.
