Social Event Registration Information

If you are planning to register a social event in your apartment, please reveiw the following documents and submit them at least 3 days in advance of your proposed event.

Social Events with Alcohol

Please also keep in mind the following:

  • Be sure to review the campus Alcohol Policy.
  • Even if you register a social event, you will NOT automatically be approved. Social events will be approved or not approved by the RD of the apartments.  The host of the social event will be notified either way about the status of the social event.
  • Social Events may only take place on Friday and Saturday nights between the hours of 8 PM and 1 AM.
  • There are only 2 social events allowed per weekend per side of campus.
  • No social events are allowed the weekend before final exams, opening weekend, Homecoming, Pinestock, Lil' Sibs Weekend, or during official college break periods.
  • To be eligible to host a social event, the MAJORITY of the apartment or house must be of legal drinking age.
