New to the Apartments?

You now have your own kitchen, pantry, living room, and bathroom! What else is different?

Residents are able to set their own visitation hours for their respective apartments

The campus apartments and houses are open from Move In Day through the last day of finals spring semester!  The apartments DO NOT CLOSE for thanksgiving, semester, spring and Easter break!

Individuals of legal drinking age(21 years or older) may consume alcohol within their own apartments and houses and in the company of others who are of legal drinking age.(Please refer to Registering a Social Event and the alcohol policy)

For those of you considering studying abroad next year keep in mind that we will work with you to arrange for housing for one semester…

Going Abroad in the Fall?We will send you a questionnaire in the spring and then when you return in Spring of 2007 we will do our best to place you according to as you requested prior to departing for your trip

Going Abroad in the Spring? You will be able to cancel your housing contract mid-year without penalty (provided you do so in the correct timelines).  If you have someone to take your spot in the spring-- great! If not we will place students returning from Fall Study Abroad programs.

One other plus about living on campus is that you have one consolidated bill for each semester. Your campus housing includes your rent plus all your utilities (cable TV, internet, local phone, heat, water, electricity, as well as garbage/recycling).
