Policies and procedures for using: Clemens Field House, Fitness Center, Aerobic Studio and Claire Lynch

Proper Attire

Footwear:

Participants may only wear tennis shoes-no sandals or going barefoot allowed. This is for your own safety.
Carry your workout shoes over to our facility.
All shoes must be clean and dirt-free - dirty shoes causes machines to break down!!

Clothing:

T-shirts or full-body tank tops are required to be worn in all areas of the HCC. Sports bras only are unacceptable attire. We want to provide a comfortable atmosphere for EVERYONE using the facility.

Food or Beverage

No food or beverage, except water, allowed in the facilities. Only plastic water bottles are allowed- no glass containers please.

Tobacco Free Facility

All HCC areas are tobacco free. No chewing or smoking allowed in the building.

Alcohol

No one is allowed to use the equipment or our facilities under the influence of alcohol or other substances.

Roller Blades

Roller blades and skateboards are not allowed in the HCC. Please carry skates throughout the building and put them on outside.

Injuries

Any injuries sustained while using the facilities (bloody nose, sprained ankle, etc.) must be reported to the desk attendant, IM official, aerobic instructor or lifeguard immediately. We can provide ice for minor injuries. Security will be contacted for any injuries that are more serious and/or need further assessment.
