In “God Is Not Three Guys in the Sky,” Jeanette Blonigen Clancy urges Christians to abandon their claim to religious superiority. The book demonstrates new understandings and fresh interpretations of Jesus and of Christianity.
Blonigen Clancy, a lifelong Stearns County resident, wrote the centennial histories of Albany and Avon, countless writings for local and national publications, and contributed an essay to “The Rule of Mars,” an anthology on patriarchy. As an educator, she has taught and supervised in more than a dozen schools in the greater St. Cloud area as well as at St. Cloud State University, St. John’s University and the College of St. Benedict.
Currently, she educates adults about religions and spirituality in presentations and in her blog at www.godisnot3guys.com.
“God Is Not Three Guys in the Sky” is available in St. Cloud Walgreens stores, in the bookstores at St. John’s and St. Benedict, in Mind Body Spirit, Books Revisited and The Village Bean in Avon. It can be ordered at any bookstore and at www.godisnot3guys.com.
