Other activities you are involved in on campus: Cultural Affairs Board, Archipelago Association
Why you chose to join senate: I joined the CSB Senate because I wanted to be a part of helping women all over campus to feel supported, advocated for and empowered. The CSB Senate has a very important and pivotal role in doing this, therefore, it was a perfect way to contribute to our community.
How long have you been on the senate: 2 semesters
Your favorite study spot: My favorite study spot is actually the IWL office. I currently work there as the Intercultural Women's Representative but I like to hang around after hours to do homework and study.
Favorite thing about CSB/SJU: My favorite thing about CSBSJU is the community. I love the strides CSBSJU is taking to include every single person into our community!

Women's Issues Representative:

A.     Have one vote.

B.     Promote and educate the community about women’s issues.

C.     Serve as liaison between the Sister Nancy Hynes Institute for Women’s Leadership and the SBS.

D.     Plan and coordinate Women’s Month with the Sister Nancy Hynes Institute for Women’s Leadership.

E.      Serve on the Sister Nancy Hynes Institute for Women’s Leadership Advisory Board.

F.      Collaborate with Health Advocates in promoting healthy relationships.

G.     Serve on the Student Health Advisory Committee.

H.     Meet with the CSB/SJU Health Promotions Coordinator.
