Central Residential Halls
Aurora
Aurora was built in 1956 and renovated in summer 2018.  It has a square footage of 50,176 and is a first-year residence hall.

Corona
Built in 1969, Corona was renovated in summer 2017.  It has a square footage of 50,522 and is a first-year residence hall.

Regina 
Construction of Regina was completed in 1963; the building was renovated in summer 2017.  It has a square footage of 40,144 and houses first-year women.

West Residential Halls
Brian
Brian was built in 1996.  It has a square footage of 30,843 and is home to upper class students.

Lottie
Lottie was built in 1994.  It has a square footage of 86,351 and is home to upper class students.

Margretta
Margretta was built in 1988.  It has a square footage of 46,059 and is home to upper class students. 

West Apartments
Dominica 
Dominica was built in 1980 and renovated in 2004-2005.  It has a square footage of 12,100 and is home to upper class students.

Gable, Girgen, Schumacher, Smith, Sohler, and Westkaemper
These apartments were built in 1971-1972 and were renovated in 2004-2005.  They have a combined square footage of 75,972 and an individual square footage of 12,662.  They are home to upper class students.

College Avenue Apartments
These apartments were purchased and renovated by the college in 2011 and is home to upper class students.

Centennial Commons
The newest addition to the residential facilities at CSB, Centennial Commons opened in 2012.  The two-story townhomes house 124 students and is home to upper class students.  

East Apartments
Luetmer
Luetmer was built in 2001.  It has a square footage of 62,457 and is home to upper class students.

McDonald, Wirth, and Zierden
These apartments were built in 1975.  McDonald was renovated in 1999 and has a square footage of 9,495.  Wirth was renovated in 2001 and has a square footage of 3,224.  Zierden was renovated in 1999 and has a square footage of 8,185.  These apartments house upperclass students.

Houses
Margaret House
The Margaret House was built around 1950 and has a square footage of 2,142.  It houses sophomores, juniors, and seniors.

Rainbow House
The Rainbow House was built around 1950 and has a square footage of 1,556.  Sophomores, juniors, and seniors live here.

Renner House
The Renner House was built in 2005 and has a square footage of 6,372.  It is home to the president of the College.
