Tips to Make an Aerobics Class Great

  • Work at your own pace! If you feel tired, slow your movement down. It is important to meet yourself exactly where you are at. Listen to your body! 
  • Stay for the cool-down. Your muscles will feel replenished the next day if you take time to stretch. 
  • If you have questions, chat with your instructor after class. She will be happy to help you!
  • Most importantly, hydrate! Bring a water bottle to class and take water breaks as you need them!
