Come and Discover group exercise! It is a fun way to improve your fitness levels!  Classes fill on a first-come, first-served basis.

All classes will be hosted in the HCC Lower Group Exercise Studio *except where noted                                                                                                                                                                             

Monday 
7:00am: Yoga Sculpt with Lauren
4:45pm: Pilates with Molly and Paige
5:45pm: Step with Michaela and Sophie
6:45pm: Yoga with Jessy

Tuesday

4:30pm: Yoga with Kacie
5:45pm: TBC with Michaela and Summer
7:00pm: Yoga with Emma

Wednesday 
6:30am: Yoga Sculpt with Jessy
4:30pm: Butts N Gutts with Sophie and Molly
5:30pm: Zumba with Maddie and Marianna
6:30pm: Pilates with Paige and Myah
7:30pm: Yoga Sculpt with Molly

Thursday
8:00am: Yoga Sculpt with Kacie
4:15pm: Yoga Sculpt with Lauren
5:30pm: Step with Molly and Michaela
6:45pm: Butts N Gutts with Myah and Summer

Friday
5:00: Zumba with Missy and Maddie *In Alum Hall whenever Possible**
