Come and Discover CSB Group Exercise! Classes are free and open to all students with a CSB/SJU ID.

All CSB Group Exercise Instructors are CSB Students and are certified through nationally accredited organizations and hired through CSB/SJU Student Employment.

Spring 2024 Weekly Classes 
Monday Classes:
- HIIT w/Annika 4:00-5:00pm
- Zumba with Jennifer  5:15pm-6:15pm
- HIIT with Caroline  6:30pm-7:15pm

Tuesday Classes:
- Strength for Runners with Caroline 7:00-7:45am
-Zumba with Rachel 4:14-5:15pm
- Pilates with Emma 5:15pm-6:15pm 
-Caribbean Zumba with Canaan 6:30-7:30pm

Wednesday Classes:
-HIIT with Annika 4:00-5:00pm
- HIIT with Kiley 5:15pm-6:15pm
-Yoga Sculpt with Natalie 6:30-7:30pm

Thursday Classes: 
- HIIT w/ Kylie  5:15pm-6:15pm
- Yoga Sculpt with Amelia  6:30pm-7:30pm

Friday Classes: 
-Yoga Sculpt with Natalie 8:00-9:00am

Sunday Classes: 10am
- April 14th: Zumba
-April 21st: No Class 
- April 28th: Pilates W/Emma
-May 5th: No Class

** Group Ex Classes will start regular schedule on January 16th, 2024**

All classes are held in the Lower Group Exercise Studio on the Ground Level of the HCC on the CSB Campus.
