Group Exercise Team
CSB/SJU students and faculty are discovering group exercise to be a fun way to improve their fitness level!
Classes will begin Monday, September 7th.
**All classes will be hosted in the HCC Lower Group Exercise Studio and are 1 hour long unless otherwise specified.
4:30pm: Butts & Guts
6:30-6:45pm: All About Abs
7:00pm: Yoga Sculpt
5:30pm: Yoga (intermediate level)
5:30-5:45pm: All About Abs
7:30pm: Yoga Sculpt
**ALL CLASSES ARE FREE AND OPEN TO ALL CSB/SJU STUDENTS**
