CSB/SJU students and faculty are discovering aerobics to be a fun way to improve their fitness level!

Classes will begin Monday, September 1st.

Sunday
4:30pm Zumba, Aerobic Studio

Monday
4:30-5:30pm: Step, Aerobics Studio
5:30-6:15pm: Butts and Guts, Aerobics Studio
6:30-7:30m: Yoga Sculpt, Aerobics Studio
7:30-8:30pm: Kettlebell, Aerobics Studio PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED.

Tuesday
4:30-5:15pm: Pilates, Aerobic Studio
6:00-7:00pm: Kickboxing, Aerobics Studio
6:30-7:30pm: Zumba, Alum Hall
7:00-7:30pm: All About Abs, Aerobic Studio

Wednesday
9:30-10:30am: Yoga, Aerobics Studio
3:45-4:30pm: Cardio Hip Hop, Alum Hall
4:30-5:30pm: Total Body Conditioning, Aerobics Studio
5:30-6:30pm: Zumba Toning, Aerobics Studio

Thursday
4:30-5:30pm: Yoga, Aerobics Studio
4:30-5:30pm: Zumba, Alum Hall
5:45-6:30pm: Pump it Up, Aerobic Studio
6:30-7:15pm: Pilates, Aerobics Studio

Friday
4:30-5:30pm-- Zumba, Aerobics Studio

About Aerobics Classes
  • All aerobics classes are FREE and conducted in either Alum Hall or the Aerobics Studio in the Haehn Campus Center.
  • All classes are taught by CSB Students. 
  • Schedule is subject to change based on academic and holiday breaks.
  • Classes are 45 minutes to 1 hour in length.
