My Bennie story started off a little later than most. I started at Saint Bens as a sophomore transfer student, and wanted a place that I could call home for the next three years. It took time to adjust to the atmosphere as it should, but I can say within the first week at Saint Bens I was welcomed into a community with open arms. I have never met a group of people that have been so supporting, and willing to get to know me and know my story. My parents were right all along - I was a Bennie from the start.
Change is never easy, but this change was a blessing in disguise and I am forever grateful for the scholarships and financial aid Saint Ben's offered my family. My parents are some of my greatest supporters and I am so thankful for the sacrifices they made for me to make it possible to be a part of the CSB community.
