Why CSB: Courageous. Strong. Bold. My time at Saint Ben's  has given me experience and opportunities that makes other institutions pale in comparison to it. The Class of 2017 is the first class of the second century of Saint Ben's, and the education I have received both in and out of the classroom has broadened my mind and challenged me to be constantly thinking and pursuing further learning opportunities. CSB has empowered me to be courageous in my undertakings, strong in my convictions and bold in my beliefs.

Why I'm a Class Representative: As an employee of the CSB Phonathon during all four years of school, I have learned firsthand about the love and generosity that CSB alumnae have towards the college, and how the College of Saint Benedict prepares women to think critically, lead courageously and advocate passionately in the modern world. By serving as a Class Representative and as the Chair of the Class Giving and Young Alumnae President's Circle Committee, I am allowed to continue fostering those relationships with my peers, and the thousands of Bennies who graduated before us.

Why I give back: Without the scholarships awarded to me by Saint Ben's, this wonderful learning community would not have been accessible to me. Giving back to CSB helps me enable other Bennies to experience the same opportunities that made my time at CSB some of the best years of my life. I was fortunate to attend Saint Ben's due to the generous support of alumnae, parents and friends of the college, and I wish to extend that same generosity to future classes.
