Alumnae Board President
Angie Krtnick Complin ’04 is the Talent Director at Granite Equity Partners, which is a mission-driven private investment and holding company where she recruits for leadership roles in their nine portfolio companies across Minnesota.
After graduating from CSB with an accounting degree, Angie started her career in public accounting at Grant Thornton, where she spent five and a half years as an auditor. Following that, she spent almost three years as a controller at Best Buy. During this time, Angie obtained her CPA license and graduated from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management with her MBA. After realizing her passion was working with people and not crunching numbers, Angie pivoted her finance/accounting career into recruiting and joined Salo (a boutique executive search and consulting firm) as a business development director. She spent four years there, helping local companies recruit senior-level finance and accounting leaders.
Angie is the incoming president of the CSB Alumnae Board and also spends time volunteering as a wedding coordinator at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Edina, Minnesota. She is a health and fitness enthusiast and world traveler who is passionate about photography, golf and spending time with family and friends.
