Students often receive pamphlets or other self-help material from their counselor. All students are welcome to stop by the Counseling and Health Education Office (2nd floor of Mary Commons) or the Personal and Professional Development Office (Mary Hall 10) for materials. There are numerous topics available. If you would like to use one to take that first step to counseling help, please stop by.
Also available to students are over 70 books and tapes covering topics such as anorexia and bulimia, academic success, healthy relationships, alcohol issues, rape, assault, and self-esteem.
Links to self help resources are not intended to replace one to one counseling sessions but may be a resource of information on various topics.
