Interactive tools are a fun interesting way to assess your attitudes, behavior and knowledge. See below for links to some health related interactive tools.
Mental Health Online Screenings
The CSB|SJU Counseling and Health Promotion staff members encourage you to utilize the online screening program, an extension of our "Walk-In Wednesday."
These free, online screenings are available to all CSB|SJU Community members. The online screenings are anonymous. No identifying information will be solicited and your IP address is not recorded.
Stress Recess
The University of Texas (CMHC) developed this guided program in order to best meet your stress management needs.
e-CHUG
e-Chug is a short assessment looking at perceptions and behaviors around alcohol use.
e-TOKE
The electronic THC Online Knowledge Experience (e-TOKE) is a marijuana-specific brief assessment and feedback tool designed to reduce marijuana use among college students. The assessment takes about 10-15 minutes to complete, is self-guided, and requires no face-to-face contact time with a counselor or administrator.
When you access e-CHUG or e-TOKE, you will be prompted to enter information about yourself. In addition to demographic information, you will enter information about your use of marijuana, spending patterns, and your lifestyle. After all information has been entered, you submit the form. The information you entered is validated and then processed. The e-TOKE calculates a number of variables and compares your responses to national and local college norms. Then, that information is displayed in an easy-to-read format which is sent to you.
Alochol 101 Plus
Learn and have fun with this innovative, interactive website featuring video, animation and virtual reality. This program is designed to encourage you, through personal exploration of a “virtual campus” to make safe, informed and responsible decisions about alcohol.
The Drink Wheel
The Intoximeters Inc. "Drink Wheel"1 is a form that you can fill out that when completed will instantly compute your estimated blood/breath alcohol concentration ("BAC") or blood alcohol content. This simulates the breath alcohol testing done by an Intoximeter Alco-Sensor IV. The Alco-Sensor IV is used in both Law Enforcement and Workplace Testing for alcohol testing.
Ping My Health
Ping My Health is a free online health assessment for people ages 18-30. This survey is a tool for you to learn about your personal health. This survey will take you approximately 5 minutes to complete. Once you have answered all of the questions, a personalized feedback report will be delivered.
