CSB Car for Medical Purposes

A CSB car is available for for CSB students who have medical appointments in the St. Cloud area only. Students will be charged for mileage with a minimum charge of $10*. The procedure is as follows:

1. Stop by the Counseling and Health Promotion office and complete a car transportation form.
2. Contact Security at ext. 5000 to reserve a car in advance. Keys for vehicles will be picked and dropped off at the Security Office.
3. Bring the transportation form and a driver's license with you when you pick up the keys from Security.
4. You will be charged mileage for usage of the car (minimum of $10*).
