The Alcohol Education Workshop is a 6 hour class that takes place over three class periods. Along with the assessment of students' alcohol use and drinking patterns, students learn about how their alcohol use compares with that of their cohorts at CSB/SJU. Along with information about alcohol's effect on the body and brain, the class also addresses methods of moderating alcohol use and setting drinking limits that best fit individual safety needs.
