Computer Lab

These workstations run software which is specific to the chemistry department, specifically Spartan (a molecular modeling program with sophisticated energy calculation processes) and Quantum Charm (a package for large biological molecules).

These computers also are networked with similar computers in the Computer Science Department at Saint John's so students can work with the software on either campus. The software is used throughout the curriculum from organic chemistry to quantum chemistry.
