Your facilitator will be responsible for your safety on the course, but will not be an active participant in the events. The facilitator's primary responsibility is to observe and offer you information regarding group and personal dynamics. This interchange is known as "processing" and will happen after each event and at the end of the day. Processing will center around how the group tries to solve the problems, who takes what roles, if and how communication is flowing and what the feelings of the group and individuals are.
