The SJU Challenge Course consists of twelve tasks that participating groups accomplish together. The course emphasizes the need for cooperation, communication and teamwork. It provides an opportunity for individuals to examine their leadership styles and roles within a group. The events require varying degrees of physical activity and ability. Most groups are usually able to successfully complete most tasks. Just let yourself go, use your imagination, and have a great time!

• You should allot at least 3-4 hours to complete the course.
• The course is normally available from April until November.
• Indoor events are available and training can be linked to the Saint John's University Climbing Wall.
