1.  Why do you want to become an E-Scholar?
2.  What specific things do you hope to learn in this program?
3.  Describe your past experience relevant to entrepreneurship.  
4. What leadership roles have you had in the past?  Describe one where you faced a challenge and resolved it. 

B. A schedule of your free time for the first two weeks in February:

Submit the complete package to: Paul Marsnik in Simons 214, SJU, by Friday, Feb. 1, 2008.

Additional Steps:

1. Have two recommendation forms submitted to Paul Marsnik by Feb. 7,2008.  One form is to be completed by a faculty resident/residence director and the other form is to be completed by a faculty member. 

2. Complete a Request for Background check form and submit it to the office of Dean of Students on your campus by Friday February 1, 2008
