E-Scholar: Kathryn Kalkman

Katie is a member of the first cohort of E-Scholars.  She graduated from the College of Saint Benedicts in 2006 with a major in Philosophy. While in college she earned her realtors licence and owned a home in St. Joseph, Minnesota, where she lived with other St. Ben's students.  Right after college she worked as a Leasing Consultant at a new apartment building in Sartell.  She currently works for a marketing consulting firm in St. Paul.

While in colelge she was also been involved in the JEC (Joint Events Council) Concerts Committee and volunteering for the music community of CSB/SJU.  She served on Hall Council and as an Orientation Leader for incoming freshman.  She also demonstrated her profound leadership skills and her passion for dance as a member of the St. Ben's Dance Team during her first two years on campus. 

As an E-Scholar, Katie launched Collegeville Carpet, LLC with two of her cohorts.
