While at CSB/SJU, Chelsey Jo majored in Management with a concentration in Marketing. Over the course of the 2004-05 school year, Chelsey Jo, along with a team of three other E-scholars, created Clemens Perk. They conducted a market analysis for potential feasibility, wrote a formal business plan, forged through barriers and setbacks, finally received a loan from the College of St. Benedict and were on their way to launching the business. After officially opening on November 7, 2005, Clemens Perk has proven to be successful in a short amount of time. Chelsey Jo took on the Marketing Manager position of Clemens Perk and has experienced everything from employee relations, customer service/retention, and reconciling the numbers. After graduating, she continued her education by traveling first to China and India. After traveling, she joined Ryan Heining, a SJU alumni, at his business MSpace. Chelsey Jo currently resides in Sweden.
