(Minneapolis/St. Paul) – Spring semester
Focuses on the arts, popular culture and social change by
exploring the role of the arts, artists, and cultural work in addressing key urban social
issues

Internship (20 hours
a week)—options for a wide variety of majors/interests

Reading and Field
seminars (two days a week)—lectures, discussion, student presentations, interaction
with wide variety of guest resource persons

Seminars include
independent or small-group study project on topic of student’s choice related to
program themes
