A portfolio is a collection of evidence of skills and accomplishments presented in a logical order and format to market yourself to employers. A portfolio should include samples of your skills and abilities that relate to the type of position for which you are applying. Although it is typical for students in areas such as the arts, communication-related, and education to document their work in a portfolio, anyone can adapt the concept for their use.
