On-Campus Interview Program

Interviews are held on both campuses with students from both schools utilizing the program.  Each year, many organizations interview students for internship and employment opportunities.  Fall semester interviewing typically begins in late September and continues until Thanksgiving break.  Spring recruiting season typically runs from early February through mid-April .

The On-Campus Interview program utilizes E-link (eRecruiting), our on-line career system.  E-link allows you to post available positions, review resumes, select, and notify candidates regarding the interview schedule.

E-link allows you to post available positions and have candidates forward to you desired application materials.

Information Tables

Reserve a table for a member of your staff to meet with students in either Sexton Commons at Saint John’s or the Haehn Campus Center at Saint Ben’s.  There is no charge to your organization if arranged through Career Services’ staff listed above.

Information Sessions

Schedule an “information session” to promote your organization with students.  There are opportunities to have refreshments at your event for an extra charge.  Schedule an Information Session through Career Services' staff listed above.

Fairs

Saint Ben’s and Saint John’s collaborates with other Minnesota colleges/universities to sponsor a variety of fairs.  To participate, contact staff in Career Services. 

• Minnesota Government Internship & Job Fair – typically held in October and sponsored by the MN private and public colleges/universities.
• Minnesota Private College Internship & Job Fair – typically held in February and sponsored by the MN private colleges.
• MN Education Fair – typically held in April and sponsored by MN private and public colleges/universities.

Saint Ben’s and Saint John’s sponsors a Nursing Career Fair and Volunteer (after Graduation) Fair.  If you are interested in participating in either of these fairs, please contact Jackie Miller.

Announcements 

Career Services will assist in informing students of career events being held on our campuses or at your location.  Send announcements to offices on each campus via email.
